Cancellation and Refund Policy

At India Ka Vaporizer, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with clear and fair cancellation and refund processes.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Products or services are eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Timeframe: Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

   

• Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice).

   

• Exceptions: Perishable goods, digital downloads, personalized/customized products, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.

   

2. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund.

   

• Once an item is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may initiate a return after delivery.

   

To cancel an order, please email us at indiakavaporizer@gmail.com with your order ID and the reason for cancellation.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process:

1. Send an email to indiakavaporizer@gmail.com with the subject: Return/Exchange Request – [Order ID].

    

2. Include details such as:

    

   • Order ID

      

   • Reason for return or exchange

      

   • Clear photo/video of the item (in case of defect/damage)

      

   • Preferred resolution (refund, replacement, or exchange)

      

Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with instructions.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected:

• Refund initiation: Within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

   

• Mode of refund: The amount will be refunded via the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.).

   

• Exchange: Replacement orders (if approved) will be shipped within 3-5 business days after return validation.

   

5. Important Notes

• Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

   

• Any shipping charges incurred during returns (unless due to product defects or wrong item delivered) may be deducted from the refund amount.

   

• We reserve the right to deny returns if the item received is damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
